Summary of Position
Performs office administrative duties required to ensure efficient operation of the planned and unplanned day-to-day activities plus long-term projects of the Office of the Dean of Career Technical Instruction.
Exercises independent judgment when screening calls and student issues.
Provides guidance and assistance to departmental assistants.
Provides administrative support to the Dean of Career Technical Instruction.
Regularly collaborates with other offices to include Student Services, Comptroller, Human Resources, and academic departments.
Minimum Required Education
High School diploma or GED required
Minimum Required Experience
Six years wage earning clerical experience or certification / successful completion of relevant trade school (30 college credits) and two years wage earning clerical experience or Associates Degree and one year wage earning clerical experience is required.
A copy of certificates and/or college transcripts is required with application for evaluation purposes.
