We are looking for Childcare providers to encourage the healthy intellectual and psychological growth of the children in our facilities.
You will teach, care for and supervise them while also motivating them to use their mental capacities and exercise their imagination.
Currently hiring for full-time positions for our nursery and toddler classrooms.
*Responsibilities*
* Balance your teaching between logical and social exercises
* Provide basic care and caregiving activities
* Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing, etc.
) to enhance the child’s abilities
* Observe children’s interactions and promote the spirit of concord
* Collaborate with other colleagues
* Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources

*Qualification and Requirements*
* Updated State/FBI background clearance & fingerprinting; OR be qualified, able, and willing to independently obtain one.
* Current on CPR/First Aid certification; OR be qualified, able, and willing to independently obtain one.
* Passion and love for children.
* Able to assist with potty training and related activities.
* Experienced in organizing, maintaining, and keeping the classroom clean during and after activities.
* Energetic, positive, responsible, flexible, punctual, respectful, and professional attitude, regardless of the situation.
* Ability to maintain an organized, clean, fun, and interactive classroom.
* Interest in encouraging creativity, exploration, and decision-making by the children.
* Clean Criminal Background Check.
* Doesn't mind getting messy with kids.
* Ability to lift 40 pounds.
* Must meet all other requirements as outlined by the Texas DFPS.
* Experience in a licensed Child Care Facility is preferred but not required.
* In the absence of 2-years of prior experience in a licensed childcare facility, an 8-hour pre-service training certificate is required.
