*Location: Belton (76513)*
*Children: *2YO Girl; family is planning on having one more child in the near future.
*Hours:* 34-40 hrs/wk; range in hours is dependent on pre-k attendance in Fall ’24;
M-F 7:30AM-3:30PM
*Desired Start Date:* ASAP
*Length of Employment:* at least 1 year, family is looking for long-term help.
*Hourly Wage:* $22+ (based on experience)
*Benefits: *10 days PTO, 5 paid sick days; paid holidays; mileage reimbursement for work related travel; holiday/end of year bonus based on performance; possible job performance raise.
*Desired Nanny Characteristics: *patient, loving, structured, consistent, fun, creative, self-motivated, responsible, punctual, attentive, positive.
*Nanny Responsibilities:* Full care of the child, including feeding, naps, and clean/sterilize dishes; plan age-appropriate developmental/educational activities that involve no screen time; play outside, go on walks or outdoor adventures; transportation to/from activities; light housework during naptime, light errands possible.
*Special Considerations:* Family requires basic immunizations; nanny may travel with family, but not often; family is fun-loving, easy-going, and views nanny as extension of the family; conservative, hardworking, kind.
Family is willing to provide former nanny info for reference.
*Pets:* none
*Experience:*
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or related roles, MINIMUM *2 YEARS* OF EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Experience caring for toddlers and infants is a plus
- Proven track record of responsible babysitting or nannying
-CPR/First Aid Certification *(REQUIRED)*
