*Duties*
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective performance
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Handle guest complaints or special requests regarding housekeeping services
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial practices
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
