Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team.
As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that residential and commercial spaces are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Launder and change bed linens
- Perform carpet cleaning and floor care duties as required
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure high-quality results
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial or residential cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
Skills:
- Launder: Knowledge of proper laundry techniques including washing, drying, folding, and ironing.
- Custodial: Experience in custodial duties such as cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining cleanliness in various environments.
- Residential cleaning: Familiarity with residential cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom/kitchen cleaning.
- Sanitate: Understanding of proper sanitation practices to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Carpet cleaning: Proficiency in carpet cleaning techniques including stain removal, deep cleaning methods.
- Hotel: Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures including room cleaning, bed making, and guest service.
- Housekeeping management: Experience in managing housekeeping tasks, organizing schedules, and overseeing cleaning operations.
- Floor care: Familiarity with floor care techniques including mopping, waxing, buffing, and polishing.
- Commercial cleaning: Understanding of commercial cleaning practices and ability to clean and maintain various commercial spaces.
