ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Collaborate with business stakeholders and business analysts to gather and understand requirements for Salesforce solutions.
Design scalable and flexible Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.
Create technical design documentation and provide guidance to development teams.
Lead and participate in the development of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Configure and customize Salesforce features, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Process Builder.
Implement and maintain integration solutions with external systems.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
Stay apprised with Salesforce platform updates and industry trends to make informed recommendations.
Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define and execute comprehensive testing strategies.
Document technical solutions, architecture, and design decisions.
Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on Salesforce best practices.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required.
Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a minimum of 5 years in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations.
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and limitations.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.
Experience with declarative configuration, workflow rules, and process builder.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
