Hotel Front Desk Agent

*Job Summary* We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

*Responsibilities* - Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Assist guests with reservations, room service requests, and other needs - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options *Qualifications* - Previous experience in hospitality or front desk role preferred - Ability to operate hotel systems -Professional phone adequate - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent Join our team of dedicated professionals and help create memorable experiences for our guests.
