Veterinary Technician

```Job Overview``` We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team.
At least one year of GP experience is required.
As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our animal patients.
This position requires a strong background in veterinary medicine and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
```Responsibilities``` - Assist veterinarians with examinations, vaccinations and other medical procedures - Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians - Perform laboratory tests, such as blood work and urinalysis - Take and develop X-rays - Clean and sterilize equipment and instruments - Provide post-operative care and monitor patients during recovery - Educate pet owners on proper animal care and nutrition - Maintain accurate medical records -Avimark experience a plus ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience: - Proficiency in veterinary terminology and animal physiology - Knowledge of veterinary critical care procedures - Ability to handle animal restraint safely and effectively If you are passionate about providing exceptional veterinary care and have the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
