License Social Worker- Weston Inn Nursing & Rehabilitation

Responsibilities: - Provide individual and group therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure effective treatment outcomes.
- Offer addiction counseling and support to individuals struggling with substance abuse.
- Provide crisis management and intervention services to clients in need.
- Supervise and mentor social work interns and other staff members.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients and promote positive change.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources, such as Section 8 housing and child welfare services.
- Assist clients with workforce development, including job search skills and resume building.
Experience: - Must hold a valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or related field.
- Strong knowledge of addiction counseling principles and techniques.
- Experience in crisis management and intervention.
- Familiarity with child welfare systems and regulations.
- Proficient in supervising and mentoring social work interns or staff members.
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy.
- Knowledge of workforce development programs and resources.
