Qualifications:
Requirements/Qualifications
DMD or DDS from an accredited US program.
Active State Dental License.
CPR/BLS Certification.
Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to gaining base access.
Pass a background check (including criminal record check) and drug screening.
