*PURPOSE/SCOPE OF POSITION*
* To evaluate and treat physical therapy patients in accordance with the physician referral and the Plan of Care.
* To direct and promote patients participation in activities and exercise programs to restore, reinforce and enhance performance in the least restrictive environment.
* To promote quality learning of skills and functions to safely deliver rehabilitation services and promote and maintain health.
* To ensure that physical therapy services reflect and support Integrity Rehab’s mission/goals and are provided in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPOSNSIBILITIES*
(Includes the following but are not limited to other duties that may be assigned)
* Delegated the authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out assigned duties
* Reports to the Clinic Director
* Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Technicians
* Possesses comprehensive knowledge and skills in practice of physical therapy.
* Plans patient care
* Implements the plan of care for each patient
* Evaluates effectiveness of patient plan of care
* Adheres to Integrity Rehab’s policies and procedures
