Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Full Time, 7pm - 7am Shift

Park Place Manor Rehabilitation and Helathcare is looking for an individual that is compassionate, respectful, honest, and has a *GOOD WORK HISTORY*.

*Responsibilities include* * Give total nursing care to residents in your assigned unit * Recognize significant changes in assigned residents' condition and take action * Make meaningful rounds of all residents utilizing Resident Assessment and Comprehensive Care Plan * Administer the preparation and administration on prescribed medications * Chart all medications given as well as notes about progress and condition of resident so that chart reflects current condition of each resident at all times * Contact residents' responsible parties when there is a change in condition in the resident * Be sensitive to residents' family members concerns and respond in an appropriate, professional way * Ensure that drugs covered by the Controlled Substances Act are verified by inventory at each shift change * Ensure continual promotion of the residents' physical and emotional health by assisting them with their medical care.
Our schedule is 3 on; 2 off; 2 on; 3 off; 2 on 2 off.
This gives a 3 day weekend twice a month.
