Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services and more.

Responsibilities:
Assists pharmacists in various pharmaceutical activities to include the preparation and distribution of medications, the maintenance of drug inventory, patient records and financial records.
Works only under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications:
Education/Skills/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Minimum of one (1) year of hospital experience to include experience with automated dispensing machines, IV admixture service (including TPN compounding) preferred
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:
Current Pharmacy Technician Certification from Texas State Board of Pharmacy is required
Current National Pharmacy Technician Certification is required
