Position Summary
Trideum Corporation has an opening for a Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) Strategic Modeling and Simulation Analyst supporting the Operational Test Command (OTC) Support Effort in Killeen, TX.
This is a full-time position at the Trideum Office in Killeen, TX.
The person in this role is responsible for supporting Strategic Roadmap development, MDO Use Case development, Research and Analysis for MDO Test and Evaluation (T&E), writing white papers and developing Operational/System Views for the operational testing of priority modernization effort systems under test (SUT).
This position assists in user events and uses LVC capabilities (such as the eXpeditionary Live/Virtual/Constructive Command Center and OneSAF) to develop testing solutions.
Additionally, this effort translates strategic roadmaps into design concepts that developers can build into prototypes, using Power BI.
Reports to the Program Manager and will work in office at least 4 days a week.
Duties: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist the OTC Innovation Cell (IC) by researching Army MDO tactics, techniques, and procedures to inform development and updates to the OTC MDO T&E Use Cases and Technology Development Roadmaps
Research and produce MDO white papers to enable MDO T&E Use Case and technology investment and development
Research MDO T&E plans and projections, coordinate with key stakeholders, and develop and refine MDO T&E Use Cases
Develop MDO T&E DODAF Operational Views (OV) and System Views to inform the systems engineering and integration efforts required to test systems identified in the Strategic Technology Roadmap
Develop roadmap lines of effort (LOE) nested with the test, function, and objectives in the technology development roadmap.
Supports OTC user events with coordination, setup, scenario development, and execution of XLCC and OneSAF.
User Events demonstrate Trideum-developed software for operational test in a test environment.
Coordinate with program management personnel to prioritize programmatic and technical objectives.
Less than 25% travel may be required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Military Education Level (MEL) 4 qualified
Experience with Planning Multi-Domain Operations
Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate complex technical knowledge effectively
Experience in LVC (Live, Virtual, and Constructive) test or training environments
Background in DoD operational environments

citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance is required
Desired Qualifications:
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
Army Modeling and Simulation experience
Operational Test Experience
Experience in Power BI development
Familiarity with DoD systems engineering and integration
Master’s degree in a computer science, technology, engineering, or mathematics discipline
