ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Design, code, test, and deploy scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Develop custom Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and other programmatic solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
Drive the technical direction of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to define technical requirements and project timelines.
With the assistance of the Salesforce Architect, design complex Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and scalability needs.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and alignment with the established architecture.
Implement and enforce coding standards and development processes.
Take a hands-on approach to Salesforce development, participating in coding and customization activities.
Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce features, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations with external systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize custom solutions.
Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by conducting thorough code reviews and testing processes.
Document technical architectures, design decisions, and development processes.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and training to ensure the continuous development of the technical team.
Keep apprised of Salesforce platform updates and industry trends, incorporating them into the technical strategy.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required.
Degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification is preferred.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead with a minimum of 3 years developing Salesforce solution.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and/or Java.
Proficiency in source control and continuous integration tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive consensus on technical decisions.
Experience in project management and the ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
