Baylor Scott & White Temple, part of Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a full time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our amazing Level One ICU Department.
Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital is a 636-bed specialty care teaching hospital and the only Level 1 Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin.
Schedule: Full Time -Day and Night Shift Available - 36 hours per week
Unit Summary
10 Bed Neuro Surgical ICU
Teamwork oriented collaboration with multi-disciplinary team
Nursing and Intensivist, Neurology and Neurosurgery
Designated Educator and Leadership growth support
Multiple Disciplinary Rounds to support care of patient.
Structured progression training plan and competency
Support for certifications and advanced training
Unit and Facility Specific Career Progression Plan

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program
MAJOR - Nursing
1 Year of RN experience required
Highly prefer Neuro ICU experience
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
