Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Description: The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our company.
This position is responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining customer relationships with the intention of creating long-term relationships.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
*Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
*Answer all inbound phone calls and respond appropriately to all emails received from customers.
*Maintain and create new customer relationships by following up with customers when necessary; answering questions or concerns; and or providing information regarding products, pricing, and other aspects of the business.
*Manage customer accounts in order to meet company goals for productivity, customer retention, and call volume.
*Accurately process orders and provide accurate information to co-workers, management, and customers.
*Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction at all levels.
Other duties as assigned.
Business Hours:
Monday through Friday-9am to 7pm
Saturday-10am to 5pm
Sunday-OFF
You also receive an additional 2 set days off a month that are assigned to you, on top of Sundays.
Pay Offered:
For all the pay amounts below you are guaranteed weekly overtime and commissions.
$2,600 Monthly + Commissions – No Experience.
Approximately $10.
62 an hour and $15.
92 overtime.
$2,800 Monthly + Commissions – Limited Lines License.
Approximately $11.
44 an hour and $17.
16 overtime.
$3,000 Monthly + Commissions – P&C License.
Approximately $12.
25 an hour and $18.
37 overtime.
Requirements:
*High School Diploma or equivalent required.
*Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening required.
*Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with heavy volume of calls.
*Must be good under pressure and be able to problem solve.
*Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
*Must be computer savvy (Print, Copy, Scan, Search Desktop)
*Previously experience in customer service or other related fields preferred, but not required.
