Built from parts Fender Stratocaster - $800 (Harker Heights)

This is a custom built from parts Fender Stratocaster.
It has a Tobacco Burst Swamp Ash body, Birdseye Maple neck, White Pearloid Pickguard and Backing Plate, Lace Sensor Holy Grail Pickups in all 3 positions from the box set package from Lace Sensor, Fender Neck Plate, Fender water slide that I wet sanded and put into place.
Comes with a Tweed hardshell case, Extras include two straps, one black leather with conches and one white perloid strap that matches the guitar.
It has aged Volume and Tone knobs, Original white knobs included, Tremolo arm, with two options for tips.
This was a project I built with love to give me a Stratocaster you could not buy from the factory with upgraded materials and electronics.
It is in excellent shape and will make someone a fine guitar who doesn't want a bottom end MIM Strat and also who does not want to pay premium prices for the American made Fender Strat.
