Rehoming Dog (Belton)

I’m having to rehome my pup he is currently 1 year old now in December and is updated on all his vaccines.
He is loving, sweet, smart and like to play a lot.
He is potty trained.
He is good with children and other dogs that aren’t male.
I’m having a hard time taking care of him since I have no time for him due to difficult times.
I need him to go to a good loving home.
He is a Shih tzu breed and is very high maintenance as well.
