Adult female sphynx cat

I need to rehome my girl Ruby.
She's super sweet, utd on shots, last hcm scan was negative.
She's super sweet with kids, gets along with most cats, dogs, etc.
She's an amazing cat but life issues are making me rehome her.
Breed appropriate re home fee applies.
