Rehoming puppy Lab/shepherd mix (Belton)

I am needing to rehome my 10 month old Lab/German shepherd mix.
My landlord will not let me keep him due to him being a shepherd mix.
This is Riggs, he will be 1 in May.
He is neutered and has his rabbies shot.
Kennel and potty trained.
He does good with bigger dogs, small animals not so much.
Good with kids.
He needs someone who will be able to train him and is patient.
He is sweet, loving and energetic.
