Jack Russel terrier (Burnet)

We found a jack Russel that was dumped by his owner on the side of the road.
We called the number associated with the microchip and she doesn’t want the dog.
He loves woman, men have to gain his trust but once they do he is sweet.
Doesn’t do well with dogs or cats.
He loves to cuddle and doesn’t even need a leash outside he just follows his person around.
Vet checked, he’s a healthy little guy
