Female Chihuahua

About a year and 5 months.
She's had one heat cycle.
She hasn't had any puppies.
She gets along with our male dog.
She is fine with babies and children.
Fine with farm animals but no rabbits.
Potty trained, Never been on a leash.
Rehoming because I have trouble getting her inside the house even when it rains and my fiance is at work.
We paid $200 for her over a year ago and we're only asking $100 to the right home.
We do not mind keeping her if we cannot find the perfect person.
