Rehoming puppy (Killeen)

I have a 9 week old female puppy that needs a new amazing home! She’s semi potty trained and is currently eating Pedigree chicken puppy food.
She has an adoption fee of $45.
She is dewormed but no shots yet.
I am not sure why she keeps getting flagged.
Just want to get her a home soon
