Olde bulldog and a pit bull both females (Temple)

I have a pit bull she is 5yrs very sweet dog brindle color also have a female olde bulldog brindle color she’s 3 they are best friends.
Back story I was helping a friend out they had to move out their home asked me to keep them for two weeks till they found a place.
I haven’t heard from them I had them a little over a month.
I’m not selling them there is no rehoming fee.
They just need a home.
I have 4 dogs already so I can’t keep them.
I wish they could stay together if they can’t I understand.
Don’t ask to send codes all that scam stuff.
I just want them in a good home they are good dogs crate train they are house broken.
I did just worm them.
