As high production Real Estate Team we’re looking for a highly driven, detail-oriented office coordinator to help oversee our daily operations, help ensure all our administrative staff have what they need to ensure our business runs efficiently.
You’ll have a crucial role in streamlining systems and monitoring our process to ensure phenomenal customer experience and smooth real estate transactions.

Responsibilities: * Monitor office activities, including day-to-day operations, assisting administrative assistants in multiple departments, and operational data collecting and reporting * Streamline office systems including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, scheduling team member meetings, and verify work flow process are being followed * Adhere to office policies and reflect our company’s high standards of professionalism.
* Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers and customers as a representative of our organization * Onboard and train new administrative staff * Perform additional human resources and office administration duties as needed Qualifications: * Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information * Experience using Microsoft Office/Google Suite * Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems * 2+ years of office experience strongly preferred * Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills * 2+ years of experience in real estate or, a related field strongly preferred * Results driven, high level of self accountability * High level of professionalism * Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills * Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $33,000.
