This is a minimum 3 month rental then month to month after that.

washer and dryer in unit, and shared kitchen and living room.
I am an army officer stationed at fort Cavazos.
I would prefer military, but any eligible housemate is okay.
Tenant does not pay for Internet, electricity, or utilities.
Tenant pays $650 per month on the 1st of the month.
Late payment after the 3rd day of the month is a $100 late fee charge.
Tenant will have to be made known to property management company.
Tenant is not responsible for lease.
