$700 / 1br - Private room for rent in Jarrell, TX (Jarrell)

Hello! We are 2 female roommates in our 20s looking to rent out the third bedroom here in Jarrell, TX with an ideal move in date of May 1st.
The rent is $700 a month all utilities included with a $250 deposit plus the furnished room also comes with a 40 inch TV that has netflix, hulu, amazon prime, paramount plus and more preloaded.
The bathroom, pantry, and fridge would all be shared with my roommate as I have my own.
The contract is a revolving month-to-month deal though ideally we would like someone looking to stay for several months.
1 dog and 1 cat in the house.
We will only be accepting 1 person into the room so no couples or people with children.
