The rent is month to month.
I am asking for 1st month and last month rent plus $250 for incidental and damages which is refundable depending on you leaving the room the way you met it or better.

Utilities bill will be split among individuals.
I live alone.
No couple sharing or children sharing, no over night guest unless arranged with me.
My house is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood and is very close to major freeways, police station, hospital, clinics, fire station, elementary, middle, and high school, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, plenty of eateries and restaurants, shopping
centers, and military base.
Plenty of parking on the street and drive way.
No more than one car and motorcycle per person.
Full access to kitchen, dinning room, laundry room, microwave, refrigerator, and living room.
No heavy cooking and cooking smelling food.
Light cooking is prefer.
No pets.
