We are looking for someone with experience and proven results as a Clinical liaison / Marketing Director!
*Job Description*
This position is to promote the facility’s services to encourage resident referrals and supervise or facilitate the admissions process in accordance with established policies and procedures.
The candidate selected must have the ability to grow the company’s business in the community through relationships with medical facilities, physicians, hospitals, HMOs, and other medical groups.
*Schedule:*
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
*Salary starting at : *$65k+/year (DOE)
*Qualifications*
* LVN or RN license (preferred but not required)
* *At least three years of prior marketing healthcare experience*
* *Temple Marketing in Skilled Nursing / Admissions a HUGE PLUS*
* Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, visitors, and the general public based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning.
* Ability to be calm and level-headed in emergencies.
* Well groomed, professional and possess ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
* Ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing admission practices.
* Knowledgeable in the use of computers, e-mail, spreadsheets and document word processing.
* Maintain patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as ability to handle residents, staff, and visitors, based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning.
