Sales Associate

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products - Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries - Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Process customer returns and exchanges Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Strong phone etiquette skills - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures - Experience in jewelry sales, wireless sales, or technical sales is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of technology products and their features Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
