Candidate requirements: * Success with keeping delinquency low, and occupancy high * Experience with bookkeeping and collecting rent * Outgoing, personable, and excellent communication skills * Strong marketing strategies with social media knowledge * Ability to manage maintenance and office staff * Bilingual a plus * Organized and Efficient * Strong communication skills with the ability to assist in resident communications and problem solving.
