The Grander Inside Sales/ Customer Service Associate is responsible for order placement, General Sales, educating customers about all product offerings, pricing, delivery coordination and more! They are the customers’ first point of contact.
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
· Inside Sales experience: (2 years)
· Customer service experience: (2 Years)
· Working Knowledge of computers and software.
(DMSi/Agility software preferred)
· Punctual, dependable, reliable.
· “Customer comes first” attitude.
· Thorough and prompt resolution skills.
· Exceptional teamwork, interpersonal skills.
· Highly motivated self-starter.
· The Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Strong Math skills
· High Energy level and desire to succeed.
· Be able to climb, bend over and pick up at least 50 lbs.
· Must live in Georgetown or surrounding areas.
No relocation available.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Experience selling Architectural building products (Preferred)
· Additional duties or responsibilities may be required.
· CRM/SAP Experience (Preferred)
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) [Preferred]
Duties:
· Answering the phone and directing calls
· Interact with walk-in customers.
· Scheduling and answering questions regarding deliveries for customers.
· Maintaining and growing existing customer base through prospecting, sales account development, quoting and customer follow up.
· Sell and learn multiple product lines.
· Advising customers on inventory levels and pricing.
· Enter new orders received via Phone, email, and counter sales.
· Effectively assist the sales team members with sales and marketing.
· Communicate with sales team members regarding orders and issues.
· Discover new products, systems, and sales process in fast paced environments.
· Provide solutions, provide recommendations, and educate consumers on product lines.
· Manage customer expectations by ensuring commitments and delivery of orders are met.
· Maintain a clean and presentable showroom.
· Ensuring all customer sales orders are inputted, complete and accurate.
· Sale reporting throughout the day.
· Process customer payments.

· Competitive Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 per Year (Based on Experience)
