Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written and audio) across various social media platforms
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
- Stay informed about emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices
Skills:
- Proficient in photography, videography, and video editing software
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their respective audiences
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content creation
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
