Saratoga Homes is a privately/family owned Top 100 Home Builder and we are looking to grow our sales team.
*Job Responsibilities:* * Promote, market, network, sell and close newly constructed homes and homes under construction * Develop new and maintain existing relationships with Realtors * Maintain backlog of prospects by calling, e-mailing and sending letters *Requirements:* * High Energy * Sales Experience * Top Notch Customer Service Skills * Be a Problem Solver * Reliable Transportation * Willing to work weekends * Laptop/Tablet *Regular Schedule:* * Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM * Sunday 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM * Days off are either Tuesday & Wednesday or Thursday & Friday *Training:* * Training consist of 21 days straight with no days off.
