Reliable Tire Disposal is seeking Business Development Manager that meets with customers to discuss the used tire disposal process and close disposal contract deals.
Their main duties include traveling to assigned territories to meet with potential and current customers and negotiating contracts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for increasing customer accounts by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients.
Duties may include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers and retention with existing customers.
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
Ensuring excellent customer relations by responding to email, phone, and chat requests in a timely manner
Meeting all performance standards, such as average handling time, call quality, and schedule adherence
Being on top of information regarding our programs/products/services and pricing plans
Processing and updating the customer database, and generating monthly reports
Attending team meetings (remotely if necessary)
Qualifications
A successful Outside Sales Representative candidate will have various skills and qualifications to perform the required duties, including effective communication, public speaking and presentation skills.
Additionally, an Outside Sales Representative candidate should have knowledge of industry trends, marketing strategies and consumer psychology.
Required two (2) years outside sales experience or customer relations.
Bilingual is preferred.
Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
Experience in the tire industry is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), PDF Element Pro
Customer-focused attitude and creative problem solving skills
Experience in a customer related-field a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
