We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Licensed Property Management Leasing Agent to join our growing team.
As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in the success of our property management operations by effectively leasing residential and commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining excellent communication with property owners.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid real estate license, possess a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and excel in providing exceptional customer service.
Compensation:
$75,000 - $200,000 per year
Responsibilities:
Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing available properties, scheduling property showings, processing rental applications, and preparing lease agreements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant and property information
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that properties are well-maintained and that tenants are complying with lease terms
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Ensure that all rent and security deposits are collected and deposited in a timely manner
Assist in the eviction process when necessary, working with legal counsel as needed
Stay current on local and state laws and regulations related to property management and leasing activities, ensuring compliance at all times
Sell 3-6 homes per month
Qualifications:
A valid Texas Real Estate license required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management and leasing
1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
