Responsibilities:
* Meet with buyers and sellers
* Engage in writing 1-4 family offers, exclusive right to sell contracts, land purchases, and sales
* Continue education classes or requirement of the Texas Real Estate Commission to ensure that you meet the required hours for renewing your license.
Requirements:
* Currently in real estate school and acquiring the Texas Real Estate License
* Ability to work with buyers and sellers
* Willingness to work as a part-time or full-time realtor
* Ability to assert oneself and take initiative
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
