Responsibilities:
Follow up on all leads in a timely manner
Discover the needs/wants of the buyers, find homes that match their criteria, and show the homes
Network to find more sales opportunities and contact your "Center of Influence" (social networks, friends, family, etc.
)
Be the expert and trusted advisor
Qualifications:
Passionate about selling
TX real estate license or willing to get one
Strong money motivation
Work well in a self-directed manner
