Hotel General Manager

General Manager Duties: - Provide leadership and guidance to the team - Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the business - Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives - Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Supervise and train staff members, including conducting performance evaluations - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall business performance Experience: - Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or similar environment - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent administrative and organizational abilities - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience with clerical tasks such as payroll management and record keeping - Ability to supervise and delegate tasks effectively - Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
