Lead Teacher

```Duties``` - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the classroom - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and other daily routines - Observe and assess each child's development and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment - Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and behavior - Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns ```Requirements``` - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred - Previous experience in a childcare setting, such as nannying or working in a daycare center - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices - Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies - Ability to provide first aid and respond to emergencies as needed - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues - Excellent organizational skills to plan and implement lessons and activities - Ability to adapt to the needs of each child in the classroom, including those with special education requirements We offer competitive pay based on experience and education levels.
