*Snyder's Recycled Auto and Truck Parts is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative to anchor our customer service department within our showroom.

Acting as the bridge between our customer service team and other departments, the Lead CSR ensures fluid communication and problem-solving initiatives align with Snyder’s core values and operational goals.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Team Leadership and Management:*
* *Oversee the customer service team’s daily operations.

* *Train, mentor, and evaluate CSRs to uphold superior service standards.

* *Schedule team shifts to ensure consistent service coverage.

Customer Service Excellence:*
* *Directly manage escalated customer interactions.
*
* *Utilize customer feedback to refine and enhance service delivery.

* *Develop strategies to bolster customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Process Improvement:*
* *Identify and amend inefficiencies within customer service operations.
*
* *Implement innovative customer service practices.
*
* *Generate regular performance and metric reports for strategic improvement.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:*
* *Collaborate with various departments to streamline customer service resolution.

* *Serve as the primary contact for projects affecting customer service.

*Requirements:*
* *Demonstrated leadership in a customer service setting.

* *Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

* *Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.

* *Experience in sales support, inventory management, and forklift operation is advantageous.
