*Parts Inventory Manager*
(Management Experience Required)

Neu Appliance Parts (pronounced “new”) is a rapidly growing appliance parts company in North Georgetown, Tx.
Neu Appliance parts is a department of Neu Appliances, a full service appliance company.
Neu Appliances repairs and services appliances, sells scratch and dent appliances to the public and other appliance companies, and Sells appliance parts.
*YOUR ROLE*
- Manage a small team of (3-10) employees to list appliance parts to our software and website.
- Strategize and execute an efficient management process to achieve production goals
- Employee Reviews
- Hiring new employees
- Training and evaluating new employees
- Work "in the system" when there is no management work to be done "on the system"
- Maintain our high workplace cleanliness standards
- Maintain a positive and efficient workplace
- Strategize and execute team training monthly
- *No appliance experience needed.
*
*- Thorough Management Experience is REQUIRED *
- Exceptional Computer skills are required including google sheets, internet browsing, general computer knowledge
*Our Appliance Parts Process:*
-(other team) Appliance parts are uninstalled from appliances and placed in bins
- (Your Team) Investigate each part and identify its part number using multiple website's and tools
- Clean each part to our retail standard (if needed)
- Add to stock or create a new listing template
- new templates include information like part name, description, weight, dimensions and other identifying information
- Photos are taken of each part using our state of the art Ortery 360 photo stations or our software's camera setup
- Package each part and barcode
- stock the appropriate shelves in our warehouse
- orders are placed on our website by customers
- (Other Team) We pick, pack and ship items to customers or local pickup
