The General Manager, Fikes Wholesale (Fuel) provides strategic leadership for our Wholesale Fuels operation including branded dealers, unbranded dealers, commercial, and government accounts.
The primary focus of this role is personnel development, organic and M&A growth, and P&L accountability.

*General Responsibilities:*
* Drives the company to achieve and surpass budgeted sales, profitability, and business goals.
* Spearheads the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies including Branded Dealer NTIs and conversions, Commercial growth, Governmental/Municipal/Educational bid growth, and Wholesale M&A.
* Motivates and leads a high-performance management team; attracts recruits and retains members of the wholesale team.
* Collaborates with the executive management team to develop and implement plans for operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the company.
* Directs information management, budgeting, strategic and tactical planning, and innovation.
Manages operational and capital budgets.
* Demonstrates solid project management, operational skills, and technical knowledge.
* Directs property management activity for all tenants and vacant property marketing.
*Qualifications:*
Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years’ experience leading high performing team in Wholesale Fuel environment; must have successful career progression in complex organizations; possess a strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility; solve problems quickly and communicate clearly; must be an innovative leader; must have a demonstrated track record of success in driving business initiatives; must have extensive oil & gas, transportation of petroleum products, and sales.
