Lead Mechanic

```Duties:``` - Lead a team of mechanics and oversee their work - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues - Order parts and maintain inventory - Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards - Train and mentor junior mechanics ```Qualifications:``` - High school diploma or equivalent - Certification in automotive technology or related field preferred - Proven experience as a mechanic, with at least 3 years of experience - Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components - Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong leadership skills - Good communication skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
