Are you an experienced Orthodontic professional ready to take on a dynamic leadership role? We are seeking a passionate and motivated Orthodontic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dental offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the dental offices under your supervision.
Ensure the clinic is staffed by capable, trained, and self-motivated team members who align with the company’s purpose and mission.
Take charge of profit & loss and overall success of the practice.
Build trusting relationships between doctors, staff, and the company.
Assist in planning work schedules, employee assignments, and participate in hiring, training, and evaluation processes.
Provide performance management and conduct employment separations in consultation with Human Resources.
Review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Recommend cost-saving methods to improve center efficiency.
Support sales and marketing efforts through events to educate the community on specialty services.
Work with Lead Doctors to identify and resolve customer service issues.
Ensure compliance with government laws, regulations, and company policies.
