Director of Volleyball Operations

Our volleyball club is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of our program.
This position requires strategic planning, budget management, player recruitment and retention, coach hiring and supervision, and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
Responsibilities: • Develop and implement the club's strategic plan • Manage the club's budget • Recruit and retain players • Hire and supervise coaches • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture • Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations • Coordinate and oversee all club activities • Collaborate with other club directors, coaches, and parents.
