Our company is currently seeking a seasoned Office Manager WITH A CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND for our small, multi-faceted, very fast-paced office.
The ideal candidate must have the following attributes:
· Must be extremely capable and have the ability to multi-task impressively well.
· Must be dependable, punctual, honest and have the ability to work well under pressure.
Job responsibilities will vary greatly depending upon current projects, employees, etc.
As we are a small company, all employees wear many hats on a daily basis.
The ideal person must be able switch tasks with little to no notice and must demonstrate a superb attention to detail.
Some of the qualifications for the position are as follows:
· Must have experience in supervising staff
· Ability to type at least 50 WPM.
· Must be proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel.
· Should be highly organized and multi-tasking is a must.
· Must be able to pleasantly interact with clients on a daily basis.
· Team player who can work independently to accomplish daily tasks/special projects.
· Ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems.
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Experience with HR, QuickBooks and processing payroll is a plus.
· Project estimating using Xactimate is a plus.
