Regional Director of Human Resources- Central TX region (Killeen area)
The ideal candidate for this position will reside in the Killeen/Belton/Temple/Waco/Austin, TX area.
Travel 3-4 days per week is required.
Who are we seeking?
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR or other business field or in lieu of degree possess a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Human Resources with progression in career.
Must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience as HR Generalist and preferably in a multi- site/Regional/Area setting.
Long term/skilled nursing industry highly preferred.
PHR and/or SHRM-CP or other HR professional certification highly preferred
