Partner with McLane Retail, Restaurant, and Corporate leadership leading multiple large-scale programs and projects.
Implement the Strategic planning and vision.
Plans and executes large long-term strategic programs end to end.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop and execute long-term strategic program plans to achieve organizational goals.
Establish standards for performance and measure progress towards goals, then communicate results to stakeholders.
Lead large cross-functional teams to ensure projects run smoothly and on time.
Oversee/assist with the definition of requirements and project plan lifecycle deployment.
Demonstrate leadership through defining program risks and working with project teams to create proactive strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones integrated into the program.
Oversees and provides direction to multi-disciplinary project teams, regarding program management and project management.
Ability to analyze and process large amounts of information and identify themes, patterns, and critical issues and translate this into frameworks.
Provides critical thinking and influence to link the programs and projects to the company's strategic agenda.
Resolves conflicts by making decisions or negotiating with affected executive management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, technical, business, project management, mathematics, logistics, or related field.
Advanced degree or commitment to acquire strongly preferred.
5 years of experience solving complex problems, project/program management and/or constraint management practice.
8 plus years of experience in operating/industry experience or 3 plus years of related consulting experience, preferably at a Top Tier Consulting firm.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to influence, without authority, at all levels of an organization.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Strong grounding in Lean Six Sigma desired.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
